Welcome to the fine print (we promise it’s worth the read). Here’s how we make sure your Fels Club pieces get to you smoothly - and what to do if something doesn’t work out.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, straight from Fels Club HQ to you. Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

During busier times (like collection drops), orders may take a little longer to process. We appreciate your patience - good things take time, and we make sure it’s done right.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Domestic:

Standard - 3-5 Business Days

Express - 1-3 Business Days

New Zealand:

Standard - 5-10 Business Days

Express - 3-7 Business Days

International:

Standard - 7-20 Business Days

**Heads up: international orders might come with duties or taxes which are incurred by the customer** 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 working days (3-5 working days during sale/new collection launches) for your order to be processed. As soon as your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal address is correct and if the parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided, you will be charged the standard postage rate to have this resent.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Not quite right? We want you to adore your new Fels Club pieces, however if you do have a change of mind we accept returns within 14 days of receiving for a store credit. 

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and unwashed, unworn and not altered in any way - (club rules of course).

Once the exchange has been processed we will email you a gift card, which has an expiry date of 12 months.

We only offer refunds if the item is faulty. If you do receive a faulty item, please email all information as soon as possible, including order number, and a photo of the fault for our team to review.

All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges are to be emailed to felsclubstore@gmail.com.

As we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
